Canadian Heirloom Bean Collection
This special collection contains a select offering of rare and endangered old bush bean varieties from across Canada. They include snap, shell, dry & wax and many are dual-purpose. All these varieties have been grown and saved on local farms and are widely adapted to all kinds of weather conditions. They are tried and true! Contains individual packets of Canadian Wonder (1873; fresh, shelled, dry), Hutterite Soup (1750's; dry), Ireland Creek Annie (1930's; dry), Thibodeau du Comte Beauce (regional Quebec heirloom; fresh/dry) and Fortin Family (family heirloom wax bean from Quebec). Each packet contains at least 25 seeds.
